Built on the strategies of the best investors in the world, Rule #1 Investing was founded by Phil Town to bring simple, effective investing strategies to the masses. Since 2022, See.Spark.Go has supported Rule #1 Investing through content strategy, creation and execution, elevating the mission of “Investing Education for All.” As an extension of the Rule #1 marketing team, See.Spark.Go has refreshed Rule #1’s online presence through elevated video content and strategy, expanding its content base to include new faces and content mixes, as well bolstering its presence across social media channels with engaging, educational content and platform specific approaches.

From Education to Engagement: Strategic Content Shift Breaks Through Market Noise

After years of managing Rule #1 Investing’s social presence, SSG identified a critical gap: our traditional financial content was no longer breaking through the noise. Existing Rulers were hungry for fresh perspectives on the strategies they’d learned, and prospective investors were bouncing off educational content that felt stiff and corporate. In 2025, we made a deliberate shift from education-first to engagement-first. 

This meant: 

  • Replacing static carousel posts with memes, short-form reels, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Building X/Twitter threads that felt conversational, not corporate. 
  • Mixing myth-busting, humor, and tactical wisdom in equal measure

The goal was simple: meet investors where they are, prove Rule #1 works and make them want to go deeper.
